Start: 00:00
The world is noisy. Voices, opinions, expectations, comparisons. Even our own minds can echo with clutter.
But beneath the noise – there is a deeper knowing. A quiet voice. A calm current. Your truth.
Today, we let go of the noise. And return to that knowing.
Let your body settle. Let your shoulders soften. Let your jaw unclench. Close your eyes gently, if that feels safe.
Take a deep, slow breath in… and exhale through the mouth in a soft release.
You are not here to figure things out. You are here to remember.
Bring your attention to your breath. Let it become the rhythm beneath the static.
Inhale…
Exhale…
Begin to tune in with this breath pattern:
Inhale for 4…
Hold for 2…
Exhale for 6…
Again:
Inhale… 2… 3… 4…
Hold… 2…
Exhale… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6…
Each breath clears a little more space. Like turning the volume down on everything that isn’t you.
Inhale… I quiet the noise.
Exhale… I hear myself more clearly.
Let your system soften. Let stillness take root.
Now, become aware of the noise you’ve been carrying. Not just sound – but mental clutter.
To-do lists. Other people’s voices. The “shoulds.” The scroll. The spin.
See them now, not as part of you – but as something you’ve been holding.
Gently ask:
Is this mine?
Is this helpful?
Can I set it down… just for now?
Imagine a table in front of you. You place these noisy thoughts onto it – one by one. Clearing the space in your mind. Making room for your own voice.
Breathe with that empty space. Breathe into the quiet.
Now picture yourself walking down a quiet hallway. At the end, there’s a small room – dimly lit. Peaceful. Still.
You enter. This is your inner chamber – a place that holds your truth, your knowing, your essence.
There’s no need to ask for advice here. There’s no commentary. No comparison.
Just you… and the voice that only whispers when it’s quiet.
You sit down. You breathe. And you ask:
What do I know… beneath the noise?
What truth have I always known?
What is quietly real for me right now?
Listen – not for a shout, but for a shimmer. A word. A felt sense. Or just the silence that says: This… is home.
Speak softly to yourself now:
I am not the noise around me.
I am not the noise within me.
I am the one who listens.
I am the stillness beneath the storm.
My truth does not shout – it settles.
I trust the wisdom that lives quietly within.
Let these words fall like gentle bells – reminders of what you’ve always known.
Stay with the breath:
Inhale… I trust myself.
Exhale… I let the noise pass.
Begin to bring movement back into your body. Wiggle your fingers. Stretch softly. Let your breath rise and fall with clarity.
Take one more long inhale… and a full exhale out.
Before you open your eyes, say inwardly:
I carry my knowing with me.
I do not need to shout to be sure.
I am quiet. I am clear. I am home.
When you’re ready, open your eyes.
The noise may return – but now, so can you.
