My CODE:

‘My’—belonging to or associated with the speaker.
‘Code’—program instructions.

Though we may share portions of our code, no two codes are exactly the same. Like computers that have the same operating systems but are still unique in how they’re used, each of us has our own distinct blueprint. The same goes for fingerprints—similarities exist, but no two are identical.

We are nature, and as we emit our own unique electromagnetic signatures, we hold the operating instructions to live our lives authentically. Just like a computer can be corrupted, we too can find ourselves operating from a distorted, altered version of our true blueprint. The key is to uncover it, to truly know it.

So, what’s your My CODE?

Think of it as your personal vision and mission statement—your map, your guide, the codes of conduct that shape how you move through life. It’s how you choose to interact with the world. And remember, every time you use words like my, mine, or me, you’re taking ownership of those relationships, whether it’s with people, ideas, or things.

Do you want to own what you’re claiming? Are you clear about the life you want to live?

The more detailed your map, the clearer your direction. But for most of us, the map has been smudged, rewritten, or even erased. If you can’t trust the map, life feels like a guessing game. But the truth is, you’re the one who decided the blueprint, your life map, even before you arrived here. The question is: do you want to uncover it?

How?

By beginning a relationship with your Self, diving into the discovery of your inner world. Your original map is held deep within your energy system, your soul. The wisdom of “Know Thyself” remains largely untapped, keeping many of us stuck in distorted, unreliable maps.

If you’re ready to reveal your true blueprint, to live in alignment with your authentic path, then dive deep into practices like Seek & Sit and Sit & Seek. These journeys will guide you back to your true self.

The Paradox of Protection

The Paradox of Protection

Protection is meant to safeguard—but when care crosses into control, the protector becomes the bully. Awareness allows us to shift from fear-driven domination to trust-filled connection.

Stand Firm, Bend Wisely: Negotiables vs. Non-Negotiables

Stand Firm, Bend Wisely: Negotiables vs. Non-Negotiables

Knowing the difference between what’s negotiable and what’s non-negotiable in a relationship can be the difference between growth and collapse. Your negotiables keep things flexible; your non-negotiables keep things authentic.

Meltdown as Medicine

Meltdown as Medicine

Sometimes a meltdown isn’t weakness – it’s medicine. The body’s way of saying “enough,” stripping us back to truth and giving us space to heal.
