At I Am – I Will, we believe in showing up fully. Our courses, workshops, and digital offerings are designed to support meaningful, often transformational, inner work. This work requires both energy and commitment—and we honor that by being clear and respectful in our refund practices.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Courses, Downloads & Programs
All purchases of digital products are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Self-guided courses
- Audio meditations
- Visual kits and digital workbooks
- Journals, PDFs, and instant downloads
Immediate access to proprietary content and the energetic nature of our offerings means that the value is received upon purchase.
We encourage you to read all descriptions, sample content, and FAQs before buying.
2. Live Workshops, Coaching & Premium Packages
For offerings that include live interaction, customized support, or premium access, limited refunds may be available under the following conditions:
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase
- You must have accessed less than 25% of the content
- After that, no refunds will be granted
In special cases (such as illness or personal hardship), store credit may be offered at our discretion.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription or membership, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Refunds are not automatically granted after a renewal date has passed.

4. Payment Plans
Some premium programs may offer payment plans. By choosing this option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise arranged in writing. Missed or incomplete payments may result in suspended access.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. However, technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. Please contact us promptly if this occurs.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The effective date will always be posted above. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
