AWAKEN is designed for those moments.

This 45-minute online session is a focused energy-clearing experience intended to support a specific concern by identifying and releasing emotional or energetic imbalances that may be contributing to tension, stuckness, or internal overwhelm.

Rather than analyzing the story at length, we work with the body’s energetic response to it.

Using Reiki, Emotion Code®, or Body Code™, the session gently identifies what your system is ready to release in the moment. The body leads the process. Nothing is forced. Nothing is pushed beyond what feels safe or appropriate.

Often, what has been held beneath the surface begins to shift once it is acknowledged and cleared.

AWAKEN is not a full-system overhaul. It is precise and intentional.

During the session, we may work with:

What to Expect

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom and last 45 minutes.

You will be guided into a calm, focused space where we work respectfully with your system. You remain in choice throughout the entire process. There is no reliving of trauma and no emotional forcing. If awareness surfaces, we meet it with steadiness and care.

Energy work is not dramatic performance. It is subtle, intelligent recalibration.

You may feel warmth, relaxation, emotion, clarity, or simply a quiet internal shift. Every nervous system responds differently, and all responses are valid.

Preparation

No special preparation is required.

You simply need a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to arrive open and curious. Your body does not need to be in crisis to benefit. Often, the most meaningful shifts happen when you choose to address something early rather than waiting for it to escalate.
