These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iam-iwill.com and iam-iwill.ca (the “Platform”), operated by I Am – I Will. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Ethical Code Agreement, Refund Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

I Am – I Will is a values-based space rooted in emotional awareness, spiritual insight, and personal growth. By joining, you agree to co-create a supportive, respectful, and empowering experience guided by shared intention.

Who Can Use I Am – I Will

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to create an account or access member offerings. The Platform is intended for adults. Minors are not permitted to register or participate directly.

Access Levels

  • Visitors – May browse public pages and access select free content
  • Community Members – Free or paid members who gain access to protected resources, sessions, or guides
  • Contributors or Facilitators – Approved individuals who may offer services, courses, documents, or spiritual teachings through the Platform

Right to Refuse Access

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to anyone, at any time, for violations of these Terms, the Ethical Code Agreement, or local laws. This includes suspending content or accounts that disrupt safety, energy, or alignment with the platform’s purpose.

Account Use & Conduct

You are responsible for any activity under your account. By participating, you agree to:

  • Act with kindness, honesty, and patience
  • Avoid illegal, abusive, or misleading content
  • Refrain from impersonation or harassment
  • Not use bots or automation tools without permission
  • Uphold the Ethical Code Agreement and Canadian laws

Facilitators and members are expected to show emotional maturity and honor each person’s stage of growth.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at iamthechangeiwillbe@gmail.com. We are not liable for any loss caused by failure to secure your account.

Offerings: Courses, Sessions & Resources

The Platform includes both free and paid offerings, such as:

  • Self-guided or live sessions
  • Digital downloads, guides, and workbooks
  • Community-based courses or tools
  • Facilitator-led services

Refund Summary:

Due to the immediate access and energetic nature of our digital offerings, most purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply for live or premium offerings under specific conditions.

  • Digital products (e.g., courses, kits, meditations) are final sale.
  • Live or premium offerings may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, if less than 25% has been accessed.
  • In cases of illness or hardship, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Memberships & Paid Access

Paid memberships or one-time purchases may include access to exclusive offerings. You agree that:

  • All pricing is transparent at checkout
  • You will not be charged without authorization
  • Canadian taxes may apply based on your location

You may cancel at any time. If your access lapses, features will be paused. Refunds are only granted according to the policy stated at the time of purchase.

Email Communication

By signing up or purchasing access, you agree to receive essential communications related to your account, offerings, or Platform updates. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but not from service-related notifications.

Content Ownership & Use

You retain ownership of anything you create or share (e.g., uploads, comments, journaling). By submitting content, you grant I Am – I Will a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content to support the Platform and its community.

If your content is shared in public spaces, it may be visible to visitors or search engines. We do not pre-screen posts but may remove any content that violates our policies.

Spiritual Content & Personal Responsibility

The Platform offers tools, perspectives, and teachings for spiritual, emotional, and personal development. These are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

You are responsible for your own well-being. If you are experiencing mental, emotional, or physical distress, consult a qualified health provider. Participation is voluntary and should be approached with discernment, respect, and self-awareness.

Facilitator Contributions

Approved contributors and facilitators retain full ownership of their original offerings. By submitting content to the Platform, they grant I Am – I Will permission to host, promote, and deliver that content to users. Separate agreements may apply for paid collaborations or revenue sharing.

Data Handling & Storage

We collect and store user information (e.g., email, name, preferences) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be securely stored in Canada or other jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you consent to this handling and agree to our data practices.

Intellectual Property

All original materials, language, branding, and digital assets created by or for I Am – I Will are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, share, or redistribute any platform content without permission.

Moderation & Safety

We use automated tools and human review to monitor and maintain a safe environment. This includes flagging content that violates the Ethical Code Agreement or disrupts the community.

Final moderation decisions are made by our team. We may restrict access, remove content, or ban accounts when needed.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate:

If your account is terminated, your contributions may remain on the site unless removal is formally requested. Refunds, if applicable, are provided at our discretion.

Platform Changes

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. New tools may be released as beta features and are provided “as is” without guarantees.

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, video players) to provide services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use these services at your discretion.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, outcomes, or results. You agree to use this space with personal responsibility, and to release I Am – I Will from liability for any impact caused by your use of the Platform.

By participating, you agree to indemnify I Am – I Will from claims related to your behavior, content, or misuse of offerings.
